I have been taking my three kids since they were born. Their ages are 7, 5, and 4. At first they were amazing and seemed like they care about their little patients. Until recently when I scheduled an evaluation for my daughter and they refused to see my daughter or any of my kids because according to them my son had a no show and i have to pay 50. An appointment that I never made and never received a courtesy call or text. According to them they tried calling me, but my number was out of service, that is a lie! I told that I couldn't pay because I was having financial situations due to Covid, and they didn't care at all!! I told them if they can waive it this time because I really wanted my daughter to get evaluated and they brought to light my past 3 no shows from 2014. I was like that 6 years ago! they show no compassion!! This office only cares about money!! Please don't take your kids to this place!! Currently researching for another pediatrician!!!!

Called at 936 am this morning and made appt for 10:30. At 940am, I called back to cancel the appt and after cancelling, was transferred to the billing dept. The billing dept informed me I owe 30 for a no show appt!!!!! I have 3 children and have used this pediatrician since 2002. After this morning NONE of my children will be going back there. They have shown that they only care about . And the employees there have attitudes and are extremely RUDE.

Taking the kids there since they were born. Well until they now have charge me for a well visit that was for apt that there office staff made at 6pm on a Friday!! Such BS and when you try and talk to anyone there. They will NOT help you or let you talk to the office manager!! Oh and we had a sick visit the next month and NO extra charges??hmmm. Illegal?? Terrible billing practice?? Please double and triple check your bills!!

The nurses are very good with both parents and children. We have seen and adore every Dr in the practice. They listen to both parent and child also. Shots are quick and “easy “ as they can be with children. We are always seen when we need to be. Excellent practice!
