Kate was amazing from start to finish. I enquired about a used vehicle and live 100 miles away. She got back to me promptly and gave me figures which suited my needs. On visiting the dealership, it was clean and tidy and Kate explained everything to me in detail. You can tell that Eden is family owned and not commercialised where customer service had been forgotten. Exceptional customer service and I will be visiting again despite living far away in the Midlands for anything I require. Enthusiastic and friendly with a good rapport.
