I highly recommend H:Room in Reading, and Lauren specifically. She is a true professional, makes you feel so at ease even if the treatment is of an intimate nature, and has all the time in the world for her clients. I have had electrolysis sessions before and no one else took the time and care that Lauren does, I am seeing results after only a few sessions. She is knowledgeable and reassuring, and each session is a pleasure. More generally, H:Room is clean, very comfortable and the girls are all so kind and welcoming. They make you feel right at ease and every visit to H:Room is a delight. A great place for any beauty treatment!

I have been coming here to see Carolina for a couple of months to have my eyebrows done and I cannot recommend her enough. Carolina is amazing at what she does. I feel so relaxed I can easily fall asleep it's that relaxing. Carolina always remembers the little things about you. I have so much confidence in Carolina and what she does. I have booked in to have more treatments done and cannot wait. I will not go to anyone else now! Thank you my brows and me love you !
Yeah not great theres a strong smell of mould and damp which is offputting in a place that's supposed to be relaxing an clean. The bathroom is filthy. I was taken into a basement area down the worst staircase ever and nearly knocked myself out on the way back up because the ceiling is so low. Treatment was alright but definitely not worth the the price tag when you take the rest of the experience into consideration. Wouldn't go back, there much nicer places in town to be honest!
Love going to H Room. In my opinion, it’s the best beauty salon in Reading. Carolina is also amazing! She manages to put me at ease when having a bikini wax so we can have conversations during. My nails also always look fantastic and last I don’t just come to the H Room for what they do but also for the amazing customer service they provide whilst all being professional and fantastic at what they do Keep up the good work Carolina

Recently had treatments with Sandra, Carolina and Lauren who are all real experts - highly recommend them. The H:Room is head & shoulders above other Reading beauty salons - I wouldn't go anywhere else! 5 stars...
I have been a few times over the years with mixed experiences but I must say they have really wowed me recently. Sandra has done my brows before and they were flawless. I had my first facial with her today and it was a brilliant experience. She is friendly and so knowledgable. Carolina is warm and reassuring. She helped a very nervous me through my first Brazilian and made me feel relaxed and well looked after. Both are brilliant and will certainly be coming back to see them both!
I just had the most amazing wax experience with Carolina. She was professional and did an excellent job as well as making me feel completely relaxed and at ease! She was very fun and down to earth and went the extra mile to make sure I was hair free. I would definitely recommend this place and her as a beautician.
I first went to h:room for biogel after a week of moving house and my hands/nails had taken a beating. Some nails had broken off far into the quick and the skin was extremely dry and peeling. I booked online last minute and just hoped they could at least make my hands presentable. What I got was a miracle! Carolina is amazing and I left actually proud of my hands/nails, I have no idea how she did it. I've just left my 3rd appointment and my nails are getting stronger and longer plus Carolina always manages to shape them so they appear even longer somehow? The hand massage is divine and my polish lasts 4 weeks including daily heavy gym sessions and typing (probably last more if not for the fact they're growing so fast now I need a refresh). Carolina is also super friendly and easy to chat too and I look forward to my appointments. Have had my nails done many times over the years but Carolina is by far the best I've had. Thanks!!
