This review is a little late as the work was done in May 19. From a recommendation of a work colleague I purchased a series of carpets to be installed in my new apartment. The customer service, the price and the quality of the carpets are excellent. The issue is the installation which is extremely poor. The carpets are lifting at the edges.. there is a knife score mark near the door (photo enclosed) and the carpets are not joined (not even close - photo enclosed). The carpets (which i was to be assured was to be fitted professionally and that the carpet joins would be seamless). It transpires that my work colleague had issues with her carpet installation and had to call up to get them remedied. I messaged a number of times - the carpet fitters did come out to inspect and said they would come out a week later to fix (which they did not show up!). I chased up a number of times (which they did not respond) and then gave up.. I'm at the conclusion that I will need to eventually replace these in the near future. In short, the price for the carpets were good, the customer service was ok but the installation of the carpets were amateur at best! I do not recommend this company.

I have always received excellent service. Good quality furniture and carpets and all my flooring for over 7 years I have been a Cliant of ibis. All my flooring deliver and install on time. Very professional and excellent service with great value for money. Ibis have wide variety of flooring options available and also advice on best options and prices for what I need. I am so happy with there service i only use them for all my flooring.

I recently bought carpet from IBIS Furniture and Carpets, the quality of the carpet is very good and the price is also reasonable. I have a very good experience with them and happy with their customer service. I really need carpet to be done very quickly and they did it with no extra cost because of this current situation. I also satisfied with the service they provided to us for the carpet. Looking forward to do Lino and laminate flooring from them as well. I am happily recommend to them to my family and friends. Friendly office staff but their choice of workers who come to your house is very questionable. I had such a bad time with one of them I would never have him set foot in my house again. Their ability levels / attitude is to do the minimum quality of work that is acceptable to get paid. The shop did not deal with my concerns in a professional manner. You have to cut corners to offer cheap prices I am afraid, so as a customer you need to decide whether it's worth the hassle. I would recommend you look elsewhere.
