This seems like a pretty decent store. We were able to easily find everything we were looking for and there were several associates ready to help. The store was well organized during our visit. Bathrooms leave a bit to be desired, avoid them if you can. I took some pictures of the tool section for you to check out.

Very convenient order pick up. I just wish other customers would be respectful, and not park in the pickup spaces. Maybe a tow sign would help, it is a loading zone, for pickup, and also a private property. I can always find what I need. Many associates are very helpful, and if they can't answer your question, they will find someone that can. Diamond is an awesome employee, and has helped me before. The lady manager of outdoor, also is very helpful (sorry forgot her name). Store is always clean, and clutter free. Cashiers are always efficient!

Had a very bad experience today at Lowe's. Went there to see about buying a steel door with a frame included and when I got to the counter there were two gentlemen there one was helping a customer the other one was just standing there. Shall I ask the gentleman could I steal one of them away to help me with the steel doors. The gentleman that was just standing there told me that they were already helping a customer. Then another customer walked up and asked a question and that same gentleman took him to the back to help him. So I was standing there in the aisle waiting to be helped by the other gentleman when this gentleman came back. He came back and he stood there and did nothing and would not help me. So I left everything that I was going to buy in my cart and I walked out I will go to Home Depot for my door thank you!!

The half hour or so drive to Lowe's was well worth it. My part was on the shelf, eliminating the need for me to order online.
