The quality of the mechanical talents was not the problem. They picked up my snowblower and repaired it. Even though I had updated my address with them, they delivered it back to an old address from thirteen years ago. This was on late Friday afternoon. I got a call Saturday that they had delivered it incorrectly. I assume because the person called in to tell them. Instead of getting out and making it right they said I had to wait til Monday “their driver was off”. Even then on Monday and after a phone call midday they didn’t get around to it until late in the day. And then the driver just dropped it in the driver way and left. No invoice or note. And not even a knock on the door to let me k ow they were there. Obviously they won’t make this mistake again because I won’t be back.

As a landscaping company, equipment breakdowns are inevitable and finding parts, quick, is top priority-the same goes for Manor Equipment. Parts arrived quickly and they actually want to help. A trimmer of mine sat to be fixed at a different shop for two months, Manor had it done within 2 days. I sincerely appreciate your level of customer service and willingness to answer questions about products. Blessings!

I consider myself a patient and understanding person. I post reviews both very positively and sometimes negatively. We bought our XT2 GX54 Cub tractor from Manor 2 yrs ago. It came with 2 plastic push button childproof keys (very poor design) which Both have now broke. Tiny metal piece falls out through no operator error. I called Cub corporate and they said the keys are 30 day warrantee and to call the local dealer where we purchased the tractor. I ordered the key, complained mildly as to how 2 keys could break in 2 yrs. I expected the key today only to get a letter from USPS stating I owe 2.50 for postage and to pick the key up at the post office. Since Manor charged me 17 for the key (Home Depot 11.00) figured 6.00 for shipping. In my humble opinion poor customer service.
Absolutely The Best!! Integrity, knowledgeable, reliable service. Manor provided maintenance for our self-propelled walking mower for years. We never had a problem. This year, health issues required a move to a riding mower. Unfortunately, we made our purchase at a big-box store. The vendor initially agreed to delivery and set-up; in the end, the mower was delivered crated and on a pallet. At a loss, we sought assistance from various sources to no avail. The kind owner/manager of Manor Equipment generously agreed to have one of his technicians come to our home to perform the necessary set-up of the new mower...and provide instruction in its operation-an essential service they routinely provide for their own sales. (When we made the purchase, we were not aware that we might have obtained the same item from Manor Equipment, or we would have done so, given their established reliability and integrity).
