I would highly recommend this Mavis location to everyone. Ben and Josh were extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile. They explained everything and truly cared about my situation and my car. The quality of work that was done and the value was fantastic. Everyone was kind and courteous and friendly. Overall, a truly great experience. I definitely will be bringing my car back and recommending to all!

Second time at NTB, first visit was for a flat ,second was for oil change, tire rotation, and fluids check, customer service is amazing and these guys definitely go the extra mile to assure you’re content with there service, got to the shop a bit late but they managed to squeeze me in and get my vehicle serviced, fast and well priced, i have absolutely no complaints and recommend this place highly. Thanks guys Keep up the good work!
Ben was helpful and patient. There were other problems found with my car and he explained in detail what the problems were and what I needed to have them fixed. He even arranged for transportation to get me home since the repairs took longer than expected. I highly recommend Mavis on 5th St.!
Bought tires here about a year ago for the cost savings over others and how well they treated customers. The staff has since changed and it's very noticeable. The store front end sales floor smelled of cigarettes heavily and the front end staff was fair at best with customer service. The store itself is absolutely disgusting. Filthy floors, dirty restrooms and garbage overflowing in the customer waiting area. To say that this place has gone down hill is an understatement!
I brought my car they're, they squeezed me in last minute. Found out about an oil issue that was in question and did a great job. Nice, friendly staff and a very cool waiting area with free coffee and vending machines, water cooler and tv. Highly recommend this shop. Also have clean restrooms.
