The phone option tells you do not leave duplicate messages.. well I've been calling for the past 2 weeks to make an appointment for my brother to be seen... and so far as of yesterday's date, (9/22/20) no1 has called me back.. I also know for a fact that between the hours of 3 and 4.. all the receptionist is doing is sitting there talking, bit the automated system comes on for the 2nd floor.. What the hell do I need to do.. because no matter if you call at 8am or call at 3pm.. no1 answers.. THIS IS THE #1 REASON I HATE CLINICS

Minus 100 stars, they hire people that can't read or write English properly and hand you important documents full of errors...those documents later can't be used... bringing serious problems...

Am giving 2 stars and that’s a lot ! Just because I believe my Dr. is smart to me... but, they NEVER RETURN, or Answer the phone and the hole process to get finally see your doctor or get your prescription is so so so bad... Again the 2 stars are tooo much but she (the doctor) deserve... she’s to good for this place....

Never answers the phone. Why do I have to drive to the practice to show up for answers they said they’ll talk to me about over the phone. The nurses are somewhat nice but Betty talks to much on other people and rushes me when getting into the room, she rushes me to pee in a cup waiting at the door. When taking my blood pressure she’s rushes with that too. Why is she in such a rush every time I’m so confused, slow your role.

This is the worst hospital ever the social workers are racist. They call cys on single mothers and make up lies. The medical staff don’t know anything I had to go to Reading hospital to find out I had heart failure.After pregnancy. Witch must have been the issue why I had to have my baby 10 weeks early. And for people in recovery do not tell them you are because next the social worker there makes false claims about drug use. Well unfortunately for her I had state parole and easy does it recovery backing me up 100 percent. Nice try wrong guy.Drive the extra miles and go to Reading hospital if your a young mother of color. By the way I just moved to Reading.This hospital is across from my job. The social workers are going to cost this hospital a lot of money when they get sued.
