So I've been looking to purchase a truck for the last 3 weeks!!!!! I've talked to over 5 people and have yet to get adequate help to make a purchase. Every truck I ask info on has been sold,the trucks that's in the site is not in inventory! And the ones that are ,apparently are being held for friends and family. I've called corporate office 3 times. No answer. Absolutely not recommended for anyone to even try.

Terrible service! I reserved a 12” 3 weeks in advance someone called to confirm the day before pickup when I arrived the next morning I was told they didn’t have the truck. They sent me to another location which didn’t have the truck l, then I was given a van ...a van!!!! Which took me twice as much time to move my belongings. I had to pay moving help double because instead of 2 hours it took 4 hours and instead of 1 round trip it was 2. I was promised a credit when I returned the van it has now been over a month and still have not received my credit for the deposit I paid!!! R. Phillips did attempt to credit me so hopefully it does go through. They told me to wait an additional 2 weeks. Worst moving experience EVER!!!! Just rented with Budget it was so easy breezy they have a customer for life!!

Witnessed your Penske Logistics driver in truck 695551 pulling trailer S5318256 throw over a 12 pack of Busch light out of his truck from a 5 gallon bucket sitting on his passenger floor board that was empty out into the trash can at the Pilot Travel Center in Hammond, Louisiana on 11/30/2020. Pretty good representation for your company I'd say!

I rented a Penske truck in September and a tow dolly (that was broken) to move to Dallas, TX. Drove out there but had to stop twice to call road side assist to come check on the tow dolly and they reloaded my car on dolly. I got to TX, stayed for two days and decided to come back to Florida. Drove back to Florida and could not even get the two dolly loose from the truck to unload my car or unload my items from the truck. I called Penske and they said that they would send a two truck to pick it up from the residence not to worry.The next day they sent a two truck to pick it up and I told them to take the Penske truck to the Penske pace in Thomasville, Ga, 21 miles down the road. But, the driver took the truck to Tallahassee instead. Then a few weeks later my bank debit card it charged two additional charges, one for gas and extra days and then 496 for for a SOS Rebill charge and charged by bank debit card without my permission for both charges! I am now fighting with them about them charging my card without my permission and lying about saying there would not be a charge for picking up the broken tow dolly attached to the truck. The management at Penske leaves little to be desired! If you need to lease a truck DO NOT USE PENSKE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND STEAL FROM YOU WHILE DOING IT! And they don't get a star from me, it forces ou to give them a star!
