The best lawyer in town. I have dealt with Mr. Polyak a good few times and every situation I was pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend him if you ever need a lawyer. He's definitely worth every penny you spend. He puts his heart into his work.

I hired Andrea Mertz for my husband’s case, because I thought she was good and she disappointed us both. What she specifically told me wouldn’t be difficult to beat was surely that. It was a long drag out. I probably should of went with Polyak instead, but then again he hired her so that judgement was obviously poor. The money we spent on her was definitely a waste and we did most of the findings for her. When she got before the judge the fight that was obviously the bigger picture there’s no proof she didn’t even defend she let the DA (who she’s really good friends) slam my husband. We’ve brought her so much evidence and she couldn’t even fight for him. She’s always rushing us off the phone and wasn’t sympathetic to his health concerns. She gets 1 star for at least returning phone calls. Seek legal help elsewhere, because we’re still dealing with a case that should’ve been closed.

(2 offenses totally 8-9mths mandatory imprisonment reduced to fines only) I can't put into words the respect I have gained for Mr. Polyak within the last 2 weeks. A family friend amongst others I have spoken too highly recommended Mr. Polyak after put myself in a situation with mandatory jail time. Already being a habitual offender I knew I had to hire a top attorney and I made the right choice, Mr. Polyak kept me informed with every interaction he made with the A.D.A and other court officials..he went above and beyond at the last moment cleaning up any confusion from my last attorney! I now consider Jim a friend and I will be sure to recommend him to all friends and strangers alike.
