Love this place! Really friendly staff. Stevie always has a great time here. He was only a little puppy when we first took him there but they were great socialising him and introducing him to bigger dogs.

A lot of remodeling done new decor and facilities at the block I guess is now the annex at rear of complex fantastic ,always friendly helpful.
Our Frenchie loves going to Rags&Bert...when your pooch is pulling on the lead like a fat kid licking a sweet shop window, you know it's like Disney Land for dogs. Having read a few negative reviews I can only go on my own experience, staff are friendly & the processes in place to accommodate social distancing works nicely.
Took my dog to be groomed by the lovely Sasha. She did an amazing job and really looked after her. Would definitely recommend!
