Attended an interview here last week and was told I would hear back within 24 hours. 6 days later still waiting for a phone call. If this is how they treat potential employees, makes you wonder how they must treat patients. Appalling to say the least.

On contacting recently the receptionist I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was great too. Historically the service, mainly from reception, was really poor (rude & unhelpful). I either got lucky on the day, or the surgery is doing a good job on improving their service - hopefully the latter.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Rude receptionists , nobody listens or takes on board what you are saying. Brush you off , false promises. Absolutely diabolical. Everyone I know who is with these surgeries say the same. I cant believe they stay up and running. The only 5 star I would give is for the 2 lovely nurses I have seen in the many years I been with this surgery!
