Their online service stopped working around March, and they've refused to do anything about it. I've gone to them in person twice and they just say that \I have to wait\ for the user account to process correctly. They've also failed to call me for a phone appointment even though I confirmed the day before that they have my correct number. They're not answering their phone either. Been waiting for over 20 minutes, nobody answering. It's literally impossible to get an appointment with them now.

I've moved so no longer in the area. I called to get my NHS number to move GP and they wouldn't give it to me even if I answered security questions so now I can't register in my area until I go back to reading. Great job

Terrible practice! The doctors do not want help you when you need it the most! Palm you off with something that you can buy over the counter at a pharmacy, which doesn’t work. This has happened to myself and family members numerous times!!!! Land up calling 111

I know the NHS is struggling and we're lucky to have it, but this drs is appalling. Good luck trying to get an appointment. You can call the doctors at 8am and still be on hold for 20 minutes, to then be told there's no appointments left and to call again tomorrow. My mum went in to have a lump checked in her neck that had been there for about 6 months, and the doctor dismissed it. Another 8 months later she went back because it was still there, and a month later was told it was cancer. Even just getting my repeat prescription is a nightmare. They ask you to email over the details to reception. I've emailed them twice because I'm running out and they've asked for people to only go in if it's necessary, and both times I've called the chemist they've had nothing through. The reception staff don't even bother to reply to you to tell you why they haven't sent it over.

Shame on the this drs. My mum is housebound and has a result emotional unstable. Drs do nothing thats why my mum is in hospital time after time. All she needs is a home visit from an dr,. and a dr to understand her emotional and physical well-being. Should b a shamed.
