Stay away from their extended warranties!!!! Also when the guys at staples say to just bring it in if it breaks, that it 100% not true. They will not honor them without extreme difficulty. Too give you a sense of what you are in for here are some messages from the warranty site. In order to get your transaction ID: "On the top right of the receipt, take the 4 digits to the left of the date and the 6 digits of the date Add the 5 digits above the time (next to the 6-digit date) and then the 2 digits next to the previous 5-digit number" you get the idea.

Huge stock and low prices for bulk items. Hard to find this variety of supplies anywhere else as cheaply as at Staples. Really impressed

Purchased a liquidnano for my galaxy watch because I was told about a warranty. When I got home, found out the warranty doesn't cover watches. When I went back the next day the manager basically said I shouldn't listen to his employees. The manager was rude and wasn't helpful at all, he's the reason I'll never go to staples again.

My mother had dropped her mask in the parking lot and needed to exchange a gift she purchased for her granddaughter....She was loudly reprimanded by Brian the cashier in such a rude manor !! Ok... my mother is close to 80 why humiliate her out loud for the whole store to hear! Luckily the sweet girl who was on the other Register kindly gave my mother a mask with a smile! What the hell is happening in this world??? We will NEVER set foot in Staples again! So many other options I’m done with rude evil corporations ... zero stars except for the nice girl cashier

That was NOT easy. To be fair, we are in the middle of a pandemic and everyone’s frustration level is rising. However, when I purchased a printer at STAPLES and a part was missing from the box, I thought the store would help me out. Melissa, the manager on duty at the Wakefield, MA store, did not feel the same way. She worked her hardest to put the entire responsibility of the missing part on anyone but her.self Honestly, I'm a customer. I just wanted someone at Staples to say, "I'm sorry, let me check around and see if we can get you that missing part as soon as possible." Her solution, however, was not quite that easy or helpful. After a disappointing and unhelpful interaction with Melissa raising her voice and encouraging me to write a complaint, I returned the printer and wrote this review. With one parting reminder for Melissa, it is just as "easy" to press a button and order a printer from another retailer. In fact, I just did and guess what, "that was easy!"

Ridículos. I went to store to buy an office chair and I found a good one inside the store, An promotion. When I tried to do check out the seller told me That I didn’t to buy the chair in the store but buy just in the web site. After the situation i checked in web site and chair out of stock. The place is terrible. I don’t recommend this place.

Came to the Walkers Brook to do some routine printing and a few file format glitches came up. Like so many of us I am working form the "home office" and am up to my chin. I was time constrained and despite a busy print desk the person at the counter (I regret not remembering the name; I was in a hurry.) did an outstanding job of fixing the problem and got the job done. I left the store less stressed and happy. Doesn't get better than that!
