Anyways had a lovely time here. Very polite and observant staff and excellent food. Currently (December 2020) we are in tier 2 and they offer fine dining. What an experience! Every dish was superb and a work of art. One of the best restaurants in Reading for sure!

Great new menu following reopening and the arrival of a new head chef, that really elevates their offering and experience above that of the rest of Readings restaurants. Missed the option of having a sharing steak \like old times\, this was Readings best steak restaurant and i was slightly disappointed that steak wasnt available they way i expected it. The maître D explained they were looking to reintroduced sharing steaks as specials and maybe on the lunchtime menu so next time, might be a 5 star review.
The Corn Stores have changed their menu wanting to be a fine dining restaurant. Food tasted good, some interesting flavours and ideas. Service was great, but portion sizes were tiny, especially the main course. Fine dining shouldn't mean leaving a restaurant hungry.
Incredible quality of food here with really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ordered 3 courses from the evening menu. Would highly recommend the 7-week aged Dexter sirloin as a main. Not cheap but more than worth the price for the standard of food and service received. Will definitely be back again to try some other cuts
We had lunch at the corn stores on Saturday with our 9 month old baby. Everything from start to finish was excellent. The food was the best I’ve ever eaten. We couldn’t fault the service or the setting. The covid measures made us feel so safe. It’s on the expensive side but it’s fine dining and you definitely get what you pay for. Incredible food.
