My dad and I come here for fantastic deli sandwiches. I came in today and there was 1 guy working the deli area and as soon as there was a line there were enough people working the deli area that no one was waiting. It's like magic! It speaks to a well trained and cohesive team. They are a staple business in Reading. One that is well worth a peek if you have never visited.

Love this little place in Reading, OH. This market is a lifeline to the community. They take great care to make sure meat counter prices fit the community that the serve!!! Bonus that they have pickled bologna! A guilty pleasure.
Vonderhaar's market is the best! During the epidemic they've served many free lunches to volunteers around the city. Best butchers in town! Just bought a beautiful three pound filet mignon, planning on making beef Wellington.
This place is a neighborhood institution with great food and outstanding service. They have an awesome lunch menu with something new everyday and 5 sandwiches that are above and beyond . I encourage everybody to stop in if your in Reading Ohio.
First time having the Prepared Dinner from the Salad & Milk case next to the Meat Counter. Needless to say, Not Disappointed. Recommended for a fast and enjoyable dish !!
