Wayland's Reading have got to be the best car dealership for customer service. We have an XC60 which we bought from them and they service/fix for us. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, they always go the extra mile and keep you informed about any work they're doing. Very happy to recommend to anybody.

This Sunday noon we visited the new showroom to see, try and order a new Volvo hybrid and to enquire about the charger unit at home. Unfortunately this was not to be! The female receptionist was excellent -pleasant, polite and efficient And asked us for a drink but the salesman John exactly the opposite. He said there was none to try, don’t know when it’ll be possible to try one and the delivery was February 2020. We wanted to discuss further but he didn’t offer us seat or chance to discuss in detail. However he printed for us some price charts and spec sheets. From the display cabinet in the showroom I wanted to buy Volvo brand leather case for my iPhoneX but it was the early model. John said I should be looking for these in the mobile phone shop. Will you have that in stock John at a later date? ‘No’ was his curt reply! No courteousness, no up-selling, no salesmanship. Dear Volvo - training & quality revision please. Thank you.
