Confirmed 3 times (initial call, text, and a call the morning of service)for date and time. The day of the cleaning they called to confirm, 10 minutes later someone else calls (each phone call was very hard to understand, English was not very good) to say they need to cancel and they might be able to schedule me the next morning. I called another local company and they came the same day, same price.
I tried the carpet cleaning and it was good. Very professional and reliable service. It took 2 hours and the result was great. I would use the service again.
