Carmen was the agent assigned to a rental property I was interested in. I made an appointment for a viewing with her over the phone and confirmed via a text message. Claiming she never received my text, I waited almost an hour for her to show up at the property. In addition, she claims to not have received my subsequent communication via email. She did not even bother to respond to my most recent email. Needless to say, she caused me to miss out on an opportunity to lease that particular property.
