I don't write reviews but this time I had too. I recently got my hair done by Gina and I requested for a lighter shade of brown(cool tone) with no shade of RED in it. After she rinsed my hair it looked kind of orange/red and I mentioned it to her (twice) because I wanted to make sure I got the correct color of extensions for my hair and she said it was the lighting inside the salon,, your hair has no shade of red in it and I trusted her word. The following day I realized in the sun, room full of light, or any kind of lighting my hair looked more like a red/orange brown. I was trying to accept the color but I couldn't I payed way too much for this mistake. I just wasn't happy with the color! I texted her Monday and I didn't get a respond till Tuesday asking what day I was available and I mentioned to her any weekend, I haven't heard from her since 4/16. I'm really disappointed! Excellent service. Gina is great! She is very talented and fun to chat with. The salon is beautiful. They get serious props for having cute peaceful room with magazines and comfy chairs to hang out in while your hair sets. Good coffee too!
