I bought running shoes for the gym online and they arrived and looked exactly as they did on the website. I also could not find a particular jacket I wanted that ticked all the boxes but I walk into my local rebel sports store and they had exactly what I wanted and also the staff were so friendly and helpful. Rebel bourke st.... thank you jayden for your excellent customer service... you so helpful and lovely about it too

Walked into Rebel 12noon and was served within seconds, was sent to the section to find my stock and was served by a male when I got there... Came out of the shop with my stock within 5-10min of walking in... Service was amazing by staff members...

Went to purchase a Nike compression shirt and the lady on shift at the time who I think was the manager said she'd look for then help me look as she didn't know where they are only to sneak off to pretend to take a phone call until I left. Still purchased something went to counter asked if I wanted to pay 1 for a bag no problem, Old mate takes my money but doesn't give me a bag until I ask then looks at me like I'm a rude idiot. Until your staff can locate items you advertise for sale on your website and aren't dozing off with the pixies I will not return rude and stupid.
