Staff are very knowledgeable and serve customers quickly. They have a great supply of parts and accessories. I recently placed an order on-line (mainly to limit my time in store due to Covid). When I arrived to pickup, I had to stand in line for about 10 minutes, then the staff actually picked my order while I waited. Defeated the whole reason I ordered on line. They need to review the online/pickup procedures. Again, the person who served me did a great job.

Been buying from Rec for thirty years . They have constantly been good businessmen. All companies have ups and downs of service quality. Reminder to the people that give a bad review and seem to be stuck thinking only about them selves. It’s hard to find employees that want to work , that have common sense in this industry ,and to keep up with technology n product demand. Compared to many our power sport companies these guys have held it together. Cheers Guys its a tough business serving the demands of all kinds Motorsports enthusiasts. Still doing a dam good job.
