We are in the midst of planning our build - a home on Jack Fish Lake. We chose as our Custom builder Alair Homes Red Deer. We recently spent two days with Nate and Derek (owners) completing the planning phase whereby we made many interior and exterior choices for the home. What impressed my wife and I most was their professionalism, attention to detail and organization, to name a few. Nate and Derek each have their specific skill sets and expertise which make them a solid and reliable team. They were at our side every meeting giving us guidance and feedback. We very much appreciated their honesty as well as their ability to make difficult decisions easy due to their experience and knowledge. I will simply end by saying that we recognize their qualities as builders; but more importantly, as people. We feel incredibly fortunate and thankful to have Nate and Derek build our new home.

Alair Homes finished my basement. The project manager was on site every day to oversee the work being done. He was on time ordering materials. All of the trades were on time, and very courteous and respectful. Any questions I had were answered promptly. All of the changes I wanted were done. I am very happy with my basement and will be using it alot. Thank you Alair for making this experience wonderful!
We built a home with Alair two years ago. We would build again with them anytime. They were exceptional to work with and they made the process so easy. Their two year basement to roof top warranty has been exceptional!
Nate and Dustin did my beauty salon. They an amazing job( I don’t have any other word to say). Always on time. Good quality. Love it Good job Alair team and I will always go with Alair homes .
