Always Great friendly service, staff has helped me find exactly what i need every time i come in. I came in immediately after the previous lady complaining about potato chips. I myself enjoy eating as well, some people even say eating is actually necessary to live. Who would have thought?

Very unwelcoming environment; good pricing on items purchased. I had to repeat my order length 3 times. Purchased chain and carried it to my car myself. (I was just at a truck company having purchased a tarp and had offers to take that box to my car...much lighter). No offers to help take it out. Sales person “crunched and munched” on potato chips while talking to me and went bag to his snack after immediately placing my order on a stool. Hum...
Good stock, but the owner and staff have such poor business attitudes that given a choice I would pass on shopping here. No appreciation for the customer, ask them for help you feel like you have interfered in their day.
Customer service is pretty lacking , multiple follow ups needed on most orders. Always blame the courier for missing paperwork (when the same courier delivers from other vendors with no issues so..)
