Dr. MAH IS GREAT. But i have had very poor service with Bower multiple times! They do not accommodate patients when they have scheduling issues on their end. I have had them reschedule me multiple times and not able to fit me in for 1 to 2 months. Which has delayed my ortho treatment, meaning I am in braces an extra 2 months longer...this has happened more then once! Which has added up to extra at least 4 months in braces. I have had reception who could not even book me because they didn't know how long the appointment would be! Had to call back multiple times to talk to someone who could help! I have taken my kids there, confirmed appointments over the phone the day before. Showed up for appointment,confirmed we had arrived and sat there for over 30 minutes. Then had another reception come over and tell us the dentist is not even in. I am not very happy with the receptionist service at Bower dental!!!

This was my first visit to a dentist office in three years. I was not happy with my last dentist office so I quit going. All the staff at Bower Dental Centre are very friendly and professional. A big shout out to my hygienist, Leo, who made me feel comfortable and did a great job! I would not hesitate at all in recommending them to anyone!!

I recently started seeing Dr. Choi and I am so happy. He is friendly, easy to understand, and takes the time to explain everything he is doing. He is kind, and honest and even cracks some jokes along the way. Bower dental is always clean, friendly and easy to deal with. I am happy to get my dental work done here.
