Our furnace motor died on the coldest day of the year so far. We called in, and because we utilize the ‘Bear Cares’ service, a technician was dispatched within the hour. Furnace motor was replaced within the next hour. Our tech verified the warranty for us and got the part with no fuss or muss! We have used Bruin’s services for 20 years, and will happily continue to do so. Thank you so much for keeping us warm and toasty!

Dale is a great guy, called ahead to let me know he would be early and asked if that would work for us. Once here he showed great respect for our home and contents. Very polite. Truly exceptional workmanship.
The service tech did a great job, answered all my questions. He was made aware that I had a small pet and him and Nitro got along famously. We brought our furnace from Bruin and have had no problems with it over the last 2 years. Family run business and give you a feeling of confidence and “service above self”.
My furnace died and the Bruins folks were there within an hour on a day that was -40 degrees. I am very appreciative of their quick response time as well as the diligent work they did. Signing up for the Care Bear Service also really helped. Thank you Herman and Marty and Dustin!
