We took our son here several years ago and he had such a traumatic experience that we still have trouble taking him to the dentist. They didn't let us go in with him for his filling which should have been the first red flag, second red flag was that they had music playing pretty loud in the waiting room but I could still hear my son crying and freaking out in the back The 3rd red flag is when we didn't even see the dentist after his appointment to discuss how it went and the 4th was when we had to pick him up out the back door ,probably because his face was so puffy from crying they didn't want anyone else to see him Went there once thinking what a nice office it is but it's creepy and weird and not a good place to take your little ones. It was a terrible experience for us personally Unless you're just getting a cleaning done, avoid this place like the plague !

After seeing a few dentists I have finally found my children’s dentist. Our experience was great beginning to end. The decor is so fun and the staff were all great with the kids and super helpful and informative for me. Happy to have found this place!

Have you ever heard your child say that they had fun at the dentist? It happened yesterday. I have twin 10 year old girls that visited Doc Campbell and that was their response. Cleanings, fillings and crowns were involved. Doctor Doug was awesome as usual. My little ladies are quiet and shy but the always look forward to seeing him. He is excellent with children and always gets a smile and a laugh out of everyone. Merna at the front desk did everything possible to accommodate to our schedule and was nothing short of fantastic. Wow wow wow! I had originally gone to the “other” children’s dentist office in gasoline ally and had a horrible experience. So I decided to come here and IM SO HAPPY I DID. They didn’t rush us into the chair, they made us feel so comfortable. I was allowed to hold my son in the chair, unlike the “other” dentist. They put on his favorite show on Netflix word party. They Explained EVERYTHING in such detail. The other people just grabbed my young son and held him down, and no explanation was given as to anything they were doing. I was literally almost crying in happy tears at how comfortable they made me and my son. Everyone was happy and nice! It was such good vibes. I will tell everyone to go here vs. the other place. THANK YOU COOL SMILES! P.s. they have so much to look at and be entertained with for the kids. I was even enjoying “finding” the toothbrushes and butterflies on their mural wall. Thanks Dr. Campbell, dental assistants and front staff members!! You were all so wonderful! Looking forward to our next appointment! Who says that right lol!!! But seriously the best dentist ever! I wish I could go there hahahaha

Great experience, so far we've only had one appointment here but the staff were friendly and professional and the dentist was amazing not only with the kids but with the parents as well(I could hear him talking to other kids and parents as well while we waited for our turn). He took time to explain the different options I had and told me which one he thought was best. He had a far less invasive plan than the other dentist we saw at another clinic and while he doesn't plan on doing as much work as the other dentist, he was honest and said that didn't mean at some point he wouldn't do it but just that to him it, it was unnecessary at this time. The girls at the front were great to very nice and accommodating booking me and early time so my 4 yr old wouldn't have to wait to long in the morning before she could have something to eat. Our 2nd appointment was fantastic to, the assistant asked me about certain things before they even started, and while I'm usually ok with anything they feel is necessary because they know there job and who I am I to tell them how to do it, it's still nice to be included and to know ahead of time what things could be necessary that way if they do have to do something you don't feel blindsided or shocked seeing something you didn't know they used. Again great atmosphere my daughter was comfortable and happy the whole time she went home and is still telling people about her prizes.

I would never bring my son here ever again. Very bad experience especially with my son who is special needs. They are very rude and inconsiderate. And treat you like garbage.

So grateful for such a kind and friendly place to take my littles. My one son has sensory issues and anxiety surrounded around most events. You would expect a dentist visit would be such an event. The staff has been so amazing. Today was labeled as "one of the best days ever". They enjoyed the experience and are already looking forward to their next appt!

Went for consult. Was provided multiple treatment option and risks. Our decision as a parent was respected and valued. Very good care has been given to our older son in the past as well.
