Do NOT have your appraisal done by this company. After doing my own research, the three properties mine was compared to (which was the main way used to determine the property value of my house), were all "junk" properties. I knew detailed, personal information about one of the properties (since I've know the two previous owners). I went to see the other two properties and talk to neighbours about those properties. No one had a good thing to say about either property. One person even said the one house should be torn down. (Both properties were currently unoccupied or I would have talked to the new owners.) I had a home market evaluation done a month prior to my appraisal then had another realtor look at my property after my appraisal. They both valued my home at 60,000 to 70,000 more than this company.

Should have read the reviews before hiring this company to do a appraisal of my home. Do not use them! They are a complete joke. All the money I put into my home and they compared my home to a shitty home down the street.
