This location was absolutely fantastic to deal with! They catered to the safety of their clients by adhering to the safety guidelines set forth by the government for covid restrictions, they were quick and to the point, and spared no details Jacki was very accommodating with every question I had and was very professional. It was an absolute pleasant experience for me and my daughter, I will update this as I go along through the process and let you know my appointments in the future. But so far I'm very confident in moving forward with their services.

The staff is always so friendly and amazing. The doctors at this location are outstanding, kind, and funny. Everyone makes sure they are doing their part and they make sure to remind you to do your part in regards to braces treatment. Thank you guys for being awesome! I had an amazing experience with pure orthodontics so far, I only got my braces put on yesterday. After have an AWFUL experience with red deer orthodontics and Dr Cheba, I took my son to pure orthodontics and they VERY quickly noticed how badly my son's appliences were placed and how they were DESTROYING how jaw and mouth!! They removed them for me and thankfully saved my son from farther harm! So I decided to give them a try with my own braces! And I am so happy I have! The staff here was incredible! I have zero concerns so far!! I 100% recommend them!

I am giving the 2 stars for the staff working their, otherwise after 2 years of treatment I had my braces taken away.the result was awful, I cannot chew, I have overbite and I cannot bite. I told my doc about that before removing the braces and he said everything will be fixed with the retainers. No I’m very disappointed and I have regretted going to pure orthodontic.

From stepping foot in the building to leaving, everyone is SO pleasant and helpful! Seriously, I’m not hyped on going to the dentist but this round was so amazing! The music is upbeat and current - it was so relaxing and easy! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They book you so you can get your braces on that day if you want and it was so easy to get it done all at once. It was less expensive than other orthodontist consultations I went to in the city without compromising on the results! I can’t wait to see my gorgeous smile when my treatment is done for less than my car payment. Seriously so easy and def worth your time!
