Always professional, never rushed. Made sure I got the best value for my money. Could of possibly got the glasses a bit cheaper, but the service and follow ups means more to me than the saving of a few dollars. Especially for complex eye issues, this is the place to go for the best service and quality.
Worst experience ever horrible customer service and pathetic management they sure font know how yo properly speak to anyone or how yo treag customers with respect funny how its ok fir their staff to give attuide and be disrespectful to customers but soons rhe customer stands up for him self hes the bad guy really sad and pathetic if u ask me hiw u can allow ur staff to throw rude attuide at customers when they simply had a few questions
absolute horrible customer service , i have never in my life ever experienced receptionists to be rude this condescending to their customers , i under stand the world we live in right now but that give no one to judge another human or be just plain rude with words what ever their circumstances or finances are to make some one feel like they are less then a human being, is not fitting for a company or a good look you might want to change a few things with in your company i was coming in today for glasses for me and my husband but will not be using your services ever again after what i saw and heard today......oh i am very much was your patient and my husbandand we have been on and off for a few years, so nice to play that on a review instead of just apologizing for what you did to one of your patients that we witnessed and the manager knows all about it.
