The team at this location is really awesome to deal with, Audra is super great. My rental worked out perfectly and hassle free! Would definitely recommend and use them again!
Was great up until one day I tried getting into unit and my code no longer worked. Couldn't log online. So I called to see whats happening and am informed that a few days prior, Audra went into work and seen my unit empty with no lock and assumed I moved out and removed me from their system. Didnt call me and confirm this or email nothing. Went through steps for insurance claim and a few months later I got a call stating she found my things. They were right were I left them. Her paper work had wrong u it number.i was paging for a 5x10 for around 6 months and was actually in a 5x6. Around 40/month difference. Not only that but when found I made new paper work like I was just moving in and charged administrative fee again for same unit I was already in. Im sitting around an extra 400 in extra unnecessary charges. Still going to highest up to get money back or free rent for my 5x6 that I been using but paying for a 5x10
I have only phoned to get a Quote on some storage spots for our company vehicles, but Audra came over to our business which isn't far from the storage facility and talked to me personally. I see a lot of commitment and I am definitely going to go to bat for her when I take this to our upper management to get parking in the Sentinel Storage facility, I feel very confident our vehicles will be very safe and secure.
I had my doubts about renting a storage unit as I have heard stories of companies taking money off credit cards and not allowing for flexibility. I chose to rent here and I am happy to say I had a good experience . Audra was so very helpful and accommodating. I would choose them again if needed!
