Was greeted by Erika(or Erica) when I walked into store. She was on till wiping it down but reached out to ask if I needed any assistance. Got my purchases and went thru her till. She has a spring in her step and is a great store customer service rep. Thanks For making my experience there a great one.

I want to thank Kevin, who works at Home Depot Red Deer, on March 16th I was looking for a shelf pin for my bookcase I asked for his help and he very kindly and attentively took me to the hall where they were and I showed him a sample of the shelf pin that I needed and quickly found it without any problem. I congratulate Home Depot for having this kind person. NOTE: please don't let Kevin go to work elsewhere, he is a great person and does an excellent job

Always have some reasonable sales on most of the staff are helpful and friendly. With the exception of one in Red Deer no names but I was not impressed at how he treated my girlfriend and mother when the went in looking for an item.
