I dropped off my tablet for repair/replacement and have been waiting weeks. Nobody has contacted me to explain that maybe it's delayed or anything like that. I called to see where it is and all I get told is there system is very old and they can't check where it's at and that all they can do is call me when it is returned to them...... Very poor service This is an update .... I reached out to the advantage team that commented below ....they were amazing to deal with they explained what happened and now everything is on track.

Bought wireless headphones for TV. If you have a sound bar on your TV now, most wireless headphones wont work. It needs the audio cord to work wireless. Or BTooth. Returned with zero issues.
