I have been a long time customer with Western Financial and I've noticed over the last 5 years that the customer service seems to just get worse every year. I have 4 vehicles and my home insured through them and this year has had to be the worst service I have ever recieved. When calling in I can never speak to my rep and always have to wait for a call back which usually takes hours or even till the next day. I left a message for a manager to call me back when I was unhappy and instead of them calling me I got some broker I have never dealt with. When the manager can't even return your calls to listen to your concerns that speaks volumes. I have had numerous negative dealings with them now that I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere to a company that appreciates my business and as such provides excellent service!

Friendly and efficient personnel offering great service at an affordable price. I recently purchased vehicle insurance from their Red Deer office and was more than happy with their service and prices. It was great to deal with people that treat customers like customers and not like an inconvenience. I'm moving all my insurance policies to Western Financial as they come due.
