I ordered 2 seperate orders within 48 hours. Unfortunately they werent reachable by phone but they did reply to emails. All my items were delivered by loomis without damage on Friday. Couple weeks later i ordered again and things went way smoother and arrived within 2 days versus 7 or 9 the first 2x.
