I love Red Dragon Martial Arts Center. My son takes mixed martial arts there and I take kickboxing fitness classes. The staff is very professional and courteous. My son loves the martial arts classes as he is learning so many things. Not only is he learning how to defend himself, he is also learning Respect, self discipline, self control, gaining confidence. Since kickboxing, I have gained energy, feel better about myself, get an over all good body workout and it is always a challenge. I highly recommend .

Went down there to get info on the bjj program they do and the only thing they could tell me is it's two nights a week and Saturday morning. Could not give me a price. Then told me they do mma. Even though mma is not a martial art I asked about the program. Only thing he could tell me is what days the program is. Didn't say what form of martial arts and once again could not give me a price. I don't really know what they do here or how much they charge. Still don't know. The sales guy that signs people up for program couldn't even give me a drop in fee price? What a joke.

If you are looking for an awesome place to get a good all over workout, this it it! I love Kickboxing here at Red Dragon! The workout does not concentrate in one area and gives you a great all over body workout. It is high energy and always fun! No two workouts are ever the same so you do NOT get bored ever. It allows me to push myself each and every time while losing weight and building muscle. The staff here are fantastic and the facility itself is always clean! I highly recommend to anyone!!
