Feb 28 2021 update. Red Lobster management made up for the terrible service and poor food quality from our New Year's eve experience with a sincere apology and a gift card. We used the gift card today. The service was excellent and so was the food. Thank you to Red Lobster management and staff for this awesome experience. Dec 31 2020 Phone ordered for pickup because the same dinner option we purchased the past 2 years was not listed on the website. Was told my order would be ready by 4:45. Arrived and text that I arrived as instructed. Received a reply that they would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later I went to wait outside in line. After another 10 minutes I went inside but my order still was not ready. I went back outside to get back in line. Another 10 minutes later another customer poked her head out the and asked if Pam E was there. I went inside again and asked if they had called Pam E. Turns out it was my order. So I did not receive a text telling me my order was ready. Had the other customer not inquired outside who knows how much longer it would have been. Got the food home. Steaks were overcooked and all of the food was ice cold. It is only a 5 minute drive. Not impressed.

The last time I was at a Red Lobster I believe it was at least back in the early 1990’s. I finally returned once again after all this time. It has most likely changed since but I really enjoyed the visit. The mushroom appetizer was tasty as was my salmon meal. But those little biscuits were the bomb I tell ya! My meat could have consisted of only those little critters. The server Brittany was very nice and the service was excellent! Thank you ️️
We just had delivered Red Lobster for me and the kids - the food was really good. Kids had grilled shrimp with green beans which they loved. Everything was cooked perfectly. Special thanks to Byron. Really appreciate it. Looking forward to our next meal with you (hopefully in person).
Sad experience. Unfortunately, we had to wait for 1 hour and half to dine in. They said at first 40 minutes, so we decided to eat there but we had to wait extra 50 minutes so total 1 HOUR HALF !! I can understand how difficult restaurant to survive this situation, but they should know how to manage the waiting time. I used to work super busy restaurant as a supervisor, it always happened long line up, take out, 3 rd party delivery problem, but they should tell customers honest waiting time and learn how to manage them. If they can’t make it, give the extra service! You guys are not cheap restaurants, you should give right “service”. Even though food was good, I don’t know I would line up and wait for uncertain time to eat there again. I am so sad here was my one of favourite restaurant...
Was surprised by this great meal over the Xmas holidays! Love seafood and if you can’t get it fresh, this is the next best option!
