I don't know if its this pandemic or waitress are nicer and happy to have a job. Our server Danielle was just the best. She gave us great service and was very attentive. It was our anniversary and she made us feel like we were the only customers in there. We gave her a great tip. Food as always was excellent. We let her supervisor know how terrific she was.

Red Lobster is always our “go to” place for seafood. I have never had a bad visit at this particular restaurant on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. The food is always delicious and hot, the service is always courteous and the wait is descent considering traffic on Wilma. Parking is always sufficient and accessible from the main strip. It’s high on our list of choices to eat out especially because it’s accommodating to families with little children.

We went there as an extended family with 4 children (ages 5 months, 6 yrs, 7 yrs, and 8 yrs). To say the young ones got a little loud at times is no exaggeration. We needed a lot of TLC to get everyone fed. Our waitress was amazing - patient, kind, professional, and friendly. Our food was tasty and fresh and of course the biscuits were a hit!

New additions to menu were a delight. Was sold on a few items by the server who was amazing. Unfortunately he was overwhelmed with zero support from the rest of team so the wait was a little much. Watched a family get up and leave after over 20 minutes of waiting without even getting beverages. Food was great and out to out tables rather quickly.
