The food is amazing.... guys I really recommend going there and getting the lobster umm... I can't remember but its a certain meal with like... pasta and small peaces of lobster... its a great experience

My fiancé and i stopped here from a long trip coming from Vegas. All we wanted was red lobster. We got seated right away. Our food was done fast and was so good. And our waiter was awsome very welcoming, friendly and attentive to us. Im bad at remembering names but i definitely cud indentify him. We went around 8-9pm on Sun 3/28. We made sure to tell him we needed more of hes kind. We liked hes positivity vibe. We normally go to Red Lobster in Visalia witch \eehh alright\ but we both liked our experience in Bakersfield that we wud definitely be back regardless if its longer drive for us.

Would give negative stars if I could. The service was terrible. Waited 10 mins each time we needed a refill. They ran out of the specialty drink at 6pm on a Wednesday? We got the seafood dip for the appetizer, which was mostly cheese sauce and little seafood. There was a hair in my fiancé's food, which was the lobster/shrimp/scallop/and mussels plate. All the food tasted frozen and overcooked. And my plate of fried fish and shrimp could have come from a Tyson bag. All for the low low price of 90 The strawberry lemonade was good tho...

We ordered online. We went to pick it up, called to let them know we arrived, and in which spot we were parked. We waited for 30 minutes pass the “order ready” time. We finally walked in the restaurant, they had our order... cold. Not even an apology or an explanation of what had happened

Endless shrimp monday is well worth it. Delicious, hot, fresh shrimp. Cheddar lobster biscuits were like clouds of heaven. Dine outside or order to go. Delivery as well.
