Let me tell you, This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had at any body shop! My car has been here for 22 days now and they have misdiagnosed a problem twice now. A wiring issues likely caused by them when putting the vehicle back together. Everyday I call I get the run around about when they think it will be done. The car is now headed to a Toyota dealership as the body shop cannot figure out the wiring issue. When asked if I could at least get a loner vehicle because I can longer afford to pay for a rental car after 22 days I was told they don’t offer anything like that. As if they don’t own several dealerships in town where they could have figured this out! I also don’t like that I have to call daily to get any kind of update because they don’t call me. I’ve received 2 phone calls from them that I didn’t have to call and leave a message first to get this entire time. The customer service has been the worst. This whole process has been inconvenient. 10/10 will not recommend to anyone!

Well they were supposed to call me within 24 hours that was on the 19th I never heard from him now it's the 24th now they're telling me that well they have a new system and the new system evidently didn't work so I had to call them I just hope that this is not indicative of their body work
