impossible the book an appointment for flu vaccination, after listening to the Covid 19 guidelines, you have to listen to some more COVID-19 guidelines, then you are directed to press 1 to book the appointment at reception & it's ENGAGED!!!, it's been like for 2 days now, each call lasts 2mins 6secs!, its ridiculous 1 set of guidelines should be sufficient (preferably the short version), hopefully I'll be able to get my vaccination elsewhere, it's a good job I didn't feel seriously ill, Update on my review, I eventually got through and managed to get an appointment and the process/call only took 18 minutes!!!!.

Awful doctors and hit-and-miss receptionists. So far I have twice been told life-threatening symptoms are nothing, (to later find that they are not), experienced six years of voice damage, (refusing to acknowledge), been treated awfully for Dr Light's amusement, had doctor's take out a bad day/evaluation on me, been lied to about my symptoms, been refused to be told my own test results and ... well, lots more. It is more stressful (and dangerous) to attend this surgery than it is to suffer through. Really not the message that I want to be conveying but it is what it is.

I have been to see a doctor today due to suffering quite bad chest pains for the past month to be told sorry nothing can do?!?! I also have an illness that is permanent... I have spoke to the doctor for a repeat prescription today also, bare in mind I pay for a yearly prepaid prescription for this reason... and the doctor I have seen today has told me that I have to buy this item over the counter from now on to save them money... so my yearly pre paid is basically void?!?! And I've got to pay an extra 40 pound a month for an item that I have always and will always have to have?!?! Then when I questioned what is the point in the monthly prescription charge I was told \that's just how it is\ I changed to this surgery because I was told it was a good surgery and it was when I first joined... I'm beginning to wonder what is going on in here lately!

Wanted to make a general enquiry on the phone, not an appointment. Pressed button 5 for general enquires and the message said 'we are all full, call back tomorrow'
