GAAJ Design & Print Service

WHOEVER GOING TO JOIN THIS COMPANY MUST READ!! Its a very unprofessional company. One of my close friend visited there for UI/UX Designer interview and after qualifying the technical rounds she was told by the HR that the post is for Graphic Designer Intern and the package would be 15K (Before the interview my friend was told that the package would be around 30-40K that was also mentioned on their website). Then my friend contacted the owner of this company about the above concern. The owner of the company told that the intern profile will only be for 3 months and after that they will promote my friend to UI/UX Designer and will also increase the salary to 20K. After all that my friend decided to join the company. She sent a confirmation mail to them and asked them for the offer letter. They said that the offer letter will be generated on the date of joining (Well which company generate offer letter after the DOJ??). Even though my friend went there on the DOJ for the verification with all her original documents. Nothing was told earlier by this company that the original documents has to be submitted. On the DOJ they were asking my friend to submit her original docs to them. Heights of how much a company could be fraud. In the era of unemployment they are trying to cheat freshers. I am appealing all the freshers or whoever going to join this company don't do the mistake. Shame on such companies who do this to the freshers who spend 10-20 lacs 4 years on there education.
