I recently had an awful experience with Manny the technician. Our heating system was not working correctly. My family and I had either woken up in the middle of the night or gotten home a few times to a 50 degree house. I knew something wasn't right. I have children and animals and I couldn't allow this to continue. So I called Manny.. he came out and stated the only thing he could see wrong with the unit was a small leak. So he said he fixed it and that it should be fine. I expressed my concern of waking up again to a freezing home and he said \well.. I can only fix what I see wrong with it and I fixed the leak so that could of been the issue\ I said who am I to call when this happens again...? My home warranty or you.. Manny said \you can call me for the next 30 days\ I said ok... so when I wake up at 2am to a 50 degree home are you going to come out and try and catch the \problem\ ? Manny stated o.. I probably won't answer my phone\ which was very true. I called the following morning and no answer no call back.. nothing. I woke up at 2am to a 51 degree home... I was nice about it.. I didn't call at 2am... I called at 7am. I literally attempted to warm my house with our oven. Our heater was blowing cold air... consistently. Manny never returned my call. I called another company the same day who came out that afternoon and repaired the fan. The fan was completely out. So thank you Manny... I appreciate your dedication to the families you tend to. You should get more training and take your job a bit more serious. The way you left us and stated \our unit was fine\ was wrong. It was far from fine. I hope your family never has to experience something similar. It's not cool. Awful business and I would NOT recommend using this company!
