I have read your reviews I agree to them. The workforce is average and they do a great job. But its other companies that let their team down such as the lift companies and the intercoms. There outdated like the mental health system. They are bringing a new mental health system in place that's great. I would like the authority of beyond housing to update as well. Urge them to get a new lift firm and replace the old one that stops disabled and the elderly using it. I would also urge them to replace the old intercom system that takes up to 45 seconds to connect to the warden. They use a better system in Durham which connects to the warden in a few seconds. It could save lives. I also remember the emergency service system was old in one part of the country they replaced it. By looking at the wardens intercom system it could be at least 30 years old. If your a tenant holder and you have put 5 stars the face fits that's all I know. I wouldn't say it's discrimination its just they care for others more better for some reason. It's about time they took notice of the 1 to 3 star rating and help them more. As I understand this situation the stars might go from 1, 2, to 4 or even 5. Don't even know why I've put 4 out of 5 I must be crazy

Do well for their staff and perhaps tenants; not much for the community that support them with taxes (lots of 'Tiana Leigh' style Housing Benefits Claimants amongst their Clients). Antisocial tenants explained as making \Lifestyle Choices\ if staff really have to engage; workers that fly tip (photos available); workers that access property not owned by BH without permission (photos available). Also the Out-of-Date Telecare system they still have the cheek to bill the council - and any self-funding people using it for - that is unfit for purpose and didn't work for 3 weeks....? Might have been good in the 1980/90s - but not now as remote management seemed to be to pay the staff (1 expected, 2 attended - hopefully a trainee) from Whitby to come to Redcar later in the week to change the activation time on a door sensor.
There service is excellent and very understanding as I had to sort out my sisters house as she went in a care home Simon has been very helpful and very supportive can't thank him enough many regards Mrs Dodds
I like being a beyond housing tenant. As you get things done prity quickly. The work men are all ways happy and you can chat with then as they are very friendly. They clean up after every job they do. I would never change housing groups ever
Still awaiting for repairs to be done to my rented property the receptionist was very helpful
