I have dealt with both the the lettings and sales departments at the Redditch branch of Dixons for many years. Most of the team have been there during that time too and so know the type of property I look buy, and my rental properties well. The sales team are very knowledgeable and responsive, and always keep me updated on the progress of a purchase or a sale. The lettings team have a robust system in place and therefore have always quickly found me great tenants, including for my properties that are outside of the Redditch area. Both the sales and lettings teams at Dixons Redditch provide a top quality service from start to finish. Highly recommended.
