Today we went to the Redditch store to purchase a matching Fridge & Freezer ( which has up till today been impossible in these strange times !) We were helped by a lovely sales assistant ( Neil ) who had a lot of patience and tried extremely hard to help us. We came out very happy with two end of line shop models . The other two sales assistants were very friendly too and we recommend this branch and their staff highly ! Many thanks .

Had delivered today a Washing machine/dryer very pleased with my purchase, I would recommend them, already had a cooker, fridge freezer from them would not go anywhere else.
Last year I bought a Gas cooker from Hughes in Worcester, Problems from the start. Then Hughes moved to Redditch. But after a time I spoke with the manager Dave A. Within 4 weeks he exchanged my cooker for a much better one. It is a brilliant cooker, so, so pleased Thank you Dave A for all your help and Customer Care given to me. I would recommend highly.
Very helpful young man came to collect our tv for repair, he very kindly set our old one up and connected the sky box. Thanks for your help!!!
We needed a new cooker and the lady I spoke to (Rose) was very helpful and understanding. The guy who came and fitted it (Gavin) went that extra mile to make sure it was flush to the wall. Hughes of Redditch, five star service all round, I will be shopping there again, thank you
