Lovely food, really friendly staff who made my birthday today that extra bit special, thank-you in particular to our waitress, Chloe H :) The Beefeater Redditch also gave me a card and some Malteasers because we told them it was my birthday! Lovely Christmas decorations in the restaurant and they gave us a Christmas cracker each at the table, such a lovely evening!

Visited for dinner on Sunday evening. Booking a table online was easy enough, but on arrival felt a little uncomfortable and didn't feel as safe as would have hoped in the current climate. - Despite fine weather outside (a little overcast, but calm and dry). We were seated indoors, not offered any choice. - None of the staff were wearing masks indoors, and weren't really social distancing themselves. Ordering was in person, and there didn't appear to be any service difference. - Perspex screens had been placed between table, but there were huge gaps still between booths that appeared to have been ignored. - No windows were open in the building to improve clean airflow. I couldn't tell if the air conditioning was on or not. - There was a one way system, but it seemed impractical, as if you needed to use the toilet, there was no direct route that didn't take around the rest of the first. So it was ignored by most. Beyond that, the prices were a little expensive considering. (I advise the Chicken open sandwich over the scampi for value for money.)

Food is okay no better than some popular town centre discounts pubs. Exceptionally expensive for lunch between Christmas and New Year. The web site promised 25% off for if you register, no signs of an email after 4 days. They seem to be running on very limited staff but the two that were working did a good job.

Really love the American style booths. Food is always exceptional with very friendly staff. The Premier Inn breakfast where up to two children can eat free with every full paying adult is a long, ongoing deal not to be missed.
