Booked a holiday and went with family but we booked on a diffrent day and had separate booking form them we paid extra for sea view 75 which was pointless as the people we went with didnt pay this or did it state on their paper work they had sea view and they had the same view as us TUI staff in shop said thats cause we went as a group but we didnt cause we was on a diffrent bookings and they cant assume that cause we have last name we are related they said the hotel did this out the kindness of there heart but we paid for extra things and the people we went With got them extra things free. Just to let other TUI customers know we bascically got conned. Running up to the holiday it was a complete nightmare as they didnt put kids free spaces in when they was availble when we booked which lead to us to paying more out. Honeslty say haveing gone with TUI for years this is our last time people need to be aware about bookings and if you pay for extra things and go with a group and they dont pay make sure it states just for you cause TUI will try get out of the situation. TUI you really have disappointed us.
