I loved my experience at Mountain View Surgery Center. All of the staff was wonderful and they took all Covid precautions. The RN Page made me feel so comfortable and at ease as I was extremely nervous about my colonoscopy. Dr Javed Sadiq was so calm and understanding and allowed me to discuss my concerns before I was put out. He had nice instrumental jazz music playing for relaxation. The anesthesiologist gave me something to slow my heart rate down and then gave me prophofol to put me out. I’m telling you before I knew it I was done and ready to go home. Because of Covid my husband had to wait in the car. Actually he went home and they called him to pick me back up. Everything went smooth. We arrived at 8:08am ( appointment time was 8:30am) and they called my husband at 10:25 to pick me up. If and when I need another colonoscopy, I’m going back there.

Being in health care for 35years I can say you will not please all patients due to diversity of expectations from the facility. There is a posting indicating some wait times may extend depending on the patients needs for the exams already being conducted. I watch a few who complained because they were hungry. My guess they aren’t having such bad symptoms as others who sat waiting patiently wanting answers to the health issues they are having. The staff didn’t run through the patients like cattle call but took time to review necessary medical history and other items needed. Your in good hands with this staff.( Smiles when greeting patients would be comforting. ) I had to call myself day prior to find out how much I needed to bring in. This information would be beneficial days prior for those who need to obtain the finances. Rooms are well equipped. Facility is clean and staff appearance is professional. No long nails on workers. Hair pulled back neatly. I had a positive experience and would recommend the facility.

The staff and nurses showed professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure i felt comfortable and relaxed. The day after procedure i received a phone call from the staff to see how i was feeling!

Really bad service, waiting for 1-1/2 just for paperwork then they want me to wait another 2 hours for procedure that was already scheduled! Front office staff very unprofessional! Talking about vacation and personal life stuff!

I would have never thought that I would say I had an excellent experience getting a colonoscopy. But the staff was very professional especially a pretty brunette nurse named lisa.
