If I could leave 0 stars I would! All my contact with Abbotts has been like an episode of faulty towers! My deposit was held and not returned for weeks and each time I called up I was told it would be soon and that no one else apart from 1 person in the company could issue refunds! Then I was cc into emails to colleagues saying 'this is for you to deal with' and when I put in a complaint I wasn't replied back to for over 2 weeks. The cutlery all needed polishing when it arrived and some plates where dirty. For the cost and stress for chasing everything back up I wish I had brought the cutlery and plates myself and thrown away!
